The unit doesn't appear to work. Tried both using the soap and water as well as an ultrasonic jewelry cleaning solution.
It makes a lot of different noises (at different volumes) during its cycle, but I see no results. I expected it to have a constant noise, not a variety of them. The buzzing actually makes me think that the transducer is not making proper contact with the tub. I tested it on 5 different items and had no luck, so its time to figure out how to exchange it for working unit.

Bought this after I used one my daughter-in-law had. Love it. Cleans really good.
Just received my Sparkle Spa. Cleans jewelry very well and I'm pleased. We'll see how long it lasts as that has been my problem with other ultrasonic cleaners.
